The following items are NOT allowed:
- NO DRUGS: Marijuana and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on Federal installations.NO CONCEALED WEAPONS: JBLM does not recognize any concealed weapons permits.
NO WEAPONS: Knives (of any sort or size), firearms (regardless of credential or CWP), scissors, tasers, stun guns, pepper spray/mace, pocket tools, box cutters, nunchakus, batons, toys that resemble guns, laser pointers, fireworks, ammunition, etc.
NO WHEELS: Skateboards, skates, rollerblades, Heelys, scooters, bikes, hoverboards, Segways, electric unicycles, Onewheels, and the like are not permitted.
NO PETS: Exception – Medical Service Dogs (certified, harnessed and leashed) and Military Working Dogs. SAFETY NOTE: the airfield concrete surfaces get very hot on a July summer day.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD: Food, coolers, cans/bottles, glass containers, alcohol or liquids are not permitted. Exception – baby food.
NO LARGE BAGS: Bags may be either clear stadium-approved plastic tote bags (not to exceed 12” x 12” x 6”) or school-size backpacks (not to exceed 20” x 15”). Exceptions: oxygen tanks.
NO LARGE LAWN CHAIRS: Standard-sized folding camping chairs are allowed but must be out of bags when searched.
NO TENTS, POP-UP CANOPY, AWNINGS or LARGE GOLF/BEACH UMBRELLAS: Exception – standard umbrellas not exceeding 40” (when opened) are allowed.
NO DRONES, FLYERS OR RADIO EQUIPMENT: Remote control aircraft, all flying/bouncing objects, balloons, spray paint and silly string are not permitted.
NO SMOKING except in designated areas. No marijuana vape concentrate.
ALL BAGS AND ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH AT ANY TIME.
All visitors 16 years old and older must have a valid photo ID. Joint Base Lewis-McChord is a Department of Defense military installation with strict procedures. Convicted felons, registered sex offenders and people with wants or warrants are not allowed onto the base at any time. Law enforcement officials will be at the entrances to the Airshow and Warrior Expo to handle any access situations that may arise.
Gates open at 9:00AM. Static displays and exhibits will open at 9:00AM. Show will end at about 4:30PM. We suggest arriving in plenty of time before the long lines begin to form.
General admission to the show is free, a ticket is not required. Seating is not provided for free general admission. We encourage general admission guests to bring portable chairs or blankets to sit and view the air show.
Seating options are available, but not required to attend the air show. Upgraded VIP Experience options are available for purchase.
AIR SHOW NETWORK VIP EXPERIENCE
Premium Box Seats: Premium Box Seats located directly on the flight line, providing an outstanding way to view the air show. This area offers “in and out” privileges from the reserved seating area throughout the day for guests to enjoy the static displays, concessions, souvenir booths, and exhibitors. Pick your seat and it will be assigned to you for the entire day. Seating is not under shade for maximum viewing of the air show. However, there will be shade tents available in the back of the seating area - first come, first served standing room only. Rows of 2, 3 and 4 available. Single seats are available in rows of 8.
Concessions are available for purchase at dedicated booths located near the back of the box seating area. Premium Box Seats also offers dedicated porta-lets for the convenience of our guests.

Flight Line Club: The Flight Line Club caters to guests looking for an upgraded air show experience with the best views of the flying action. This reserved area offers “in and out” privileges from the Flight Line Club area throughout the day for guests to enjoy the static displays, concessions, souvenir booths, and exhibitors.
The Flight Line Club includes reserved tables of 2 or 4 seats each, single seats are not available. Dedicated private porta-lets are also available for the convenience of our guests. Unlimited refreshments will be provided throughout the day as well as a catered lunch.

Traffic will be heavy getting in and out of the show. We suggest arriving early in order to avoid missing the performances.
In support of the families living on JBLM, shuttle services will be available on 15-16 July to provide transportation to the JBLM Airshow & Warrior Expo. Go Transit shuttle buses will be staged starting at 8 a.m. at five elementary schools on JBLM (Rainier, Hillside, Beachwood, Meriwether and Evergreen) and will depart approximately every 25-30 minutes to Stone Ed Center. At Stone, families will transfer to a 44 PAX bus and head to the drop-off/pick-up point at JAWE. Family members on McChord Field can catch a shuttle van at Carter Elementary School to go directly to the air show. The shuttle vans/buses will be available to return to Stone Ed Center with transfer to each of the elementary schools from JAWE (Carter Elementary service will be a direct return). Buses will be marked with placards in the windshield for each elementary school. Each elementary school will have a placard designating it as a JAWE pick-up point. The last pick-up each day is at 3:30 p.m., and the last return trip from the JAWE is 6 p.m. Three vans will continue supporting Service Members that schedule transportation through the GoTransit APP.
General parking, including handicapped parking, is free. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. If you are needing handicapped parking, please have your state-issued tag or placard in the car to be sure the parking attendants direct you to the appropriate areas. Please arrive early to ensure a parking spot.
There will be shuttles to and from the air show. Shuttles are free!

Outside food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of baby food or medically necessary items. There will be plenty of food vendors available on the show grounds.
Motorized scooters and wheelchairs for disabled patrons are allowed in the air show grounds. Personal golf carts are not allowed. Please be aware that the crowds may be heavy, maneuvering may be difficult, and that there is no place at the show to plug in and recharge.
Yes, strollers or small wagons are allowed. Please limit any diaper bags to the smallest you can manage. Security personnel at the gates will search all items and have the final say on what is allowed in.
Pets are NOT allowed onto the air show area and should NOT be left in vehicles. Because of the festival setting with food and beverage vendors, the Health Department prohibits animals, other than legally allowed service animals. Please also understand that temperatures on the tarmac area can easily reach over 100 degrees and will burn your pets feet. The loud noises of the planes and pyrotechnics can injure their sensitive hearing and/or frighten your animal. Please leave your pet(s) at home where they are safe.

When you purchase your tickets online, you need to have an email address ready. Tickets bought online are sent to an email address where you can download and print out your tickets instantly! Be sure you have a working printer handy as well, or a friend that will let you use theirs. You may also show your tickets on your phone for admission. We recommend taking a screenshot of the tickets as cell service could be unreliable.

Unfortunately, there are not any discounts available for the optional premium seating tickets.

Performance times can change without notice. Aircraft appearing are subject to change due to many reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, maintenance, weather, or other circumstances.
General admission is free for all ages.
For Premium Seating tickets, children ages 4 and up require a ticket. If purchasing premium seating, children ages 3 and under are free but lap only. If you would like to have a seat for your child 3 and under, you must purchase a seat.
Generally, yes, the show is the same. However, there may be some variations depending on special aircraft, which may make only a one-day fly-by appearance. Subject to change without notice.
All sales are final. In the event of performer illness, performer cancellations (to include the headlining act), inclement weather, traffic, or technical issues, there will not be a refund or exchange given.

You must use the reserved Premium Box or Flight Line Club tickets for the day for which they are purchased. The reserved seating areas have assigned seats and the other day’s seats are already assigned to someone else.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, REGARDLESS OF WEATHER OR CHANGES IN FLYING SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE CANCELLATION OF THE HEADLINE ACT.
Air shows are held under an open sky. Please bring hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. You may also bring a small personal umbrella. No large umbrellas, tents, or canopies allowed. Umbrellas will not be allowed in the reserved seating areas.
No. Even if you have purchased tickets, you must leave your vehicle and view the show from inside the air show grounds. This rule is due to FAA safety regulations involving the performance area.
